Celebrating success at the Mess Around Conference 2019

Taking place on 28th September 2019, our annual Mess Around conference bought together our ever growing group of franchisees to make plans for the future, network and grow their businesses.

And what a fantastic day we had recognising the success of our team, learning new skills and planning out the exciting new programme for 2020 and beyond.

As always our Mess Around conference started full of energy- singing and dancing along to The Vengaboys. Kristine Monaghan, owner of Mess Around mapped out the days plans and kicked the conference off with a bang.

Our morning was spent being guided through goal setting and the financial metrics behind this, by our first guest speaker, Kieran James from Stryde. Our aim was to support our franchisees in setting out a clear journey for their business.

And we were then joined by, Christina Taylor-Chisholm, Managing Director of Popolo Ceramico ran an extensive 2 hour workshop on sales, using her extensive (and award winning) franchise experience.

Our afternoon session kicked off in style as Kristine announced the launch of two new themes to our Mess Around programme. Our team returned after lunch to find a jazzy top hat and ‘Greatest Mess Leader’ t-shirts to celebrate the launch of The Greatest Mess theme for 2020. Our team were also excited to hear another new addition to the programme, Olympic Mess taking place in Tokyo.

We then celebrated success in our recognition awards where we welcomed all our fantastic team.

We welcomed all our new franchisees and Krissy handed our rosettes to the roses of the business for their contributions throughout 2019.
